DELIVERY
ID PRINTS operates between 8am and 6pm daily. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Orders received after 11 am PST, on weekends or holidays will be processed the very next business day. It is our intention to give you the best and fastest service possible. Once your order is received, it usually ships within 1-2 days.
We provide easy ONLINE shipping cost calculation at the time you place your order. Add an item to your shopping cart, enter your Ship To zip code and click "GO". If you have a coupon code, enter it then as well.
At this time ID Prints offers the following methods of shipping via UPS:
Ground/Standard Shipping: Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep within 4-7 business days (excluding holidays) after verification & processing. If you live in California, you will typically receive your package sooner.
3-Day Select: 3 business days
2nd Day Air: 2 business days
Next Day Air: Overnight, 1 business day
So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that your billing information matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing will take 1 business day.
Currently we are unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada, or to any P.O., AOP or FPO Boxes.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped USA UPS. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. International Orders are shipped UPS Express. All California residents will incur a 9.25% sales tax. Please contact customerservice@id-prints.com. if you have any questions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you in a confirmation email. You can track your order direct from the email just by clicking on the tracking number and you will be automatically linked to the UPS website. You may also log into your account at id-prints.com and track your order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is available on the UPS site.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
Here at ID Prints, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, the product you ordered is damaged in any way, please contact us at customerservice@id-prints.com within 10 days of the date on your receipt. A customer service representative will assist you and give you instructions regarding replacement of your damaged product. Photographs are typically requested in the case of damages.
ID Prints does not refund original shipping charges, but if you have received a damaged product from us, and can show proof that the damage occurred prior to your receipt of it, we will gladly replace the damaged product with a new one. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH COUPON CODES.
To exchange or return your purchase, please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Customer Service can be reached Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) 9am to 5pm at customerservice@id-prints.com.
No Return or Exchange will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. |
